1. Online usage:

2. Ease of installation and disassembly:

In the normal maintenance process, the rapid disassembly and installation of bearings can shorten the downtime and create more value.

3. Abnormal automatic compensation:

Factors such as the length of the roll, temperature and bearing support position may cause axial elongation of the shaft, and then cause misalignment or axial deviation of the bearing. The bearing must be able to adapt to changes in working conditions in use.

4. Corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance:

The high humidity environment of the wet part of the paper machine will seriously harm the lubrication and eventually affect the life of the bearing, and the high working temperature of the drying cylinder and the working temperature of the bearing will also affect the lubrication performance of the bearing. Therefore, higher requirements are put forward for bearings.

5. Accuracy and speed adaptation:

In the process of configuration and selection of bearings, the adaptability of bearings themselves at high speed must be considered. Radial clearance C3/C4 is generally recommended.
