Effect of superfinishing of bearing ring raceway on the working performance of rolling bearings

After superfinishing of the rolling surface of the ring, the working performance of the bearing is improved in the following aspects:


1. Improve the rotation accuracy of the bearing and reduce the vibration and noise of the bearing. Experimental research has confirmed that the improvement of the bearing rotation accuracy and the reduction of vibration and noise are all closely related to the significant reduction of the circular deviation of the ring.


2. Improve the bearing capacity. Since the actual bearing surface of the rolling surface of the ring is greatly increased after superfinishing, this creates good conditions for improving the bearing capacity of the entire set of bearings. 3. Improve the lubrication effect of the bearing and reduce wear. Since a uniform and fine cross-net pattern is formed on the rolling surface after superfinishing, this cross-net pattern is very beneficial to lubrication. Make the surface easy to store lubricating oil, and a layer of oil film can be maintained between the surfaces of the ring rolling elements when the bearing is working, thereby avoiding or reducing wear.
